Petugas Penagihan Account

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Petugas Penagihan Account to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of debt collection activities (A/R Overdue) in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Petugas Penagihan Account, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mengelola dan bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya kegiatan penagihan (A/R Overdue) secara tepat waktu (Handle Acc Overdue 61 – 120)
• Managing and overseeing the debt collection process to ensure timely payment from clients
• Conducting negotiations with clients to settle outstanding debts
• Maintaining accurate records of debt collection activities and client interactions
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (minimum education requirement is D3/S1 in any field)
• Terbuka untuk lulusan baru (open to new graduates)
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun menjadi nilai tambah (minimum 1 year of experience in a related field is an added advantage)
• Maksimal usia 30 tahun (maximum age 30 years old)
• Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan berorientasi pada target (understanding of multifinance business processes and target-oriented)
• Memiliki kegiatan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik, negosiasi, integritas, ulet, teliti, dan jujur (possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation, integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty)

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of credit monitoring, credit processing, and debt collection processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential for this role.
