Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Partner (Junior) to join our expanding sales force in Bukittinggi, Agam, Sumatra Barat. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a high school diploma who are eager to launch a career in field marketing and business development. The successful candidate will become the face of our brand in the region, building relationships with local retailers, distributors, and end‑customers while driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits and field visits to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Present product portfolios, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements with small and medium‑size enterprises.
- Maintain a daily activity log, report sales performance, and provide market feedback to the regional manager.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product demonstrations, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Provide after‑sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor local campaigns that resonate with the cultural nuances of Sumatra Barat.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 28 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) – up to a bachelor’s degree (S1) is acceptable.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Own a reliable motorbike for daily travel across Bukittinggi and surrounding districts.
- Willingness to sign an initial 12‑month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and build trust.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market signals.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a field environment.

Core Compensation & Working Conditions
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 19:00 (Saturday & Sunday off).
- Monthly base salary: Rp 3,598,000.
- Company‑provided motorbike service or assistance for purchasing a new motorbike.
