Responsibilities

The Guru Tahfidz SMA will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing educational programs in accordance with our institution’s curriculum and standards. The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and achievement
• Delivering instruction in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner, using a variety of teaching methods and resources
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
• Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and achievement
• Contributing to the development of the school’s curriculum and educational programs, ensuring that they are relevant, effective, and aligned with our institution’s mission and vision

In addition to these responsibilities, the Guru Tahfidz SMA will be expected to demonstrate a range of soft skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Muslimah/muslim, with a strong commitment to Islamic values and principles
• Maximum 28 years of age, with a minimum of 0 years of experience in a related field
• Unmarried, with a strong focus on personal and professional development
• Graduate of a reputable university, with a minimum S1 degree in Education or a related field
• Willingness to learn and develop English language skills, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration

In terms of skills, the successful candidate will have a strong foundation in teaching and learning, with expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational assessment. The ability to communicate effectively in English, as well as in the local language, is also essential.
