We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spesialis Pemasaran Online to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive sales and growth. Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Pemasaran Online, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing strategies to increase conversions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Mencari, mengumpulkan, dan mengelola data customer (leads) secara aktif melalui online channel (media sosial, iklan, marketplace, website, dll)
• Melakukan closing penjualan jasa, bukan hanya membalas chat
• FOLLOW UP CUSTOMER SECARA AKTIF & INTENSIF (chat / telepon) sampai terjadi DEAL / CLOSING
• Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi penjualan online untuk meningkatkan konversi
• Membuat konten marketing (foto, video, caption, copywriting) yang bertujuan langsung untuk penjualan secara softselling dan hardselling
• Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan iklan digital untuk menghasilkan leads yang berkualitas
• Memastikan setiap leads direspons cepat dan dikelola dengan sistematis
• Melakukan evaluasi harian/mingguan terhadap performa penjualan dan konten
• Mengelola WhatsApp Business, Instagram, dan channel penjualan online lainnya
• Bertanggung jawab penuh atas seluruh leads yang masuk hingga menjadi klien
• Siap ditekan target harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
• Membuat laporan leads, follow up, dan hasil closing secara rutin

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 35 Tahun
• Jenis Kelamin: Laki-laki
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun
• Skill: Kreativitas Pemasaran
