Responsibilities

As a Pramusaji, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional food and beverage service to customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve service goals and objectives
• Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate and informative service to customers

In this role, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery, and to provide support and guidance to new team members as needed. You will also be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Gender: Perempuan (female)
• Minimum experience: 0 Tahun (no minimum experience required)
• Skills: Keterampilan Pelayanan Makanan dan Minuman (food and beverage service skills)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additionally, you will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances and priorities.
