We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Operasional Area to join our team. As a Supervisor Operasional Area, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple outlets within your area of responsibility. Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Operasional Area, your main responsibilities will include:

- Supervising the daily operations of multiple outlets within your area of responsibility
- Ensuring that standards of service, product quality, and outlet cleanliness are maintained
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of outlet teams
- Developing, training, and mentoring outlet staff (crew and leaders)
- Controlling stock levels and ensuring that inventory meets demand
- Handling operational issues and providing quick solutions
- Preparing operational reports (sales, attendance, performance) on a regular basis
- Ensuring that sales targets are met at each outlet
- Maintaining good relationships with customers and handling complaints
In this role, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, using your excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide your team to achieve their goals. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be a male or female candidate with a maximum age of 35 years
- Have a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably as a leader or supervisor
- Possess good leadership and communication skills
- Be experienced in managing teams and multi-outlets
- Be willing to work in a mobile and target-oriented environment
- Be able to work under pressure
In addition to these requirements, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, presentation skills, and team development skills. You will also need to be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
