The successful candidate will join a collaborative team at a pivotal moment—just before the Idul Fitri 2026 holiday season—allowing you to make a significant impact on our seasonal campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and local market nuances.
- Lead a small team of marketing assistants and coordinators, providing coaching, performance feedback, and daily guidance.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, and distribution teams to launch new products and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to recommend actionable tactics.
- Manage the marketing budget, track spend, and ensure ROI is maximized for all campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and in‑store displays, ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, especially the high‑traffic Idul Fitri period, to boost sales volume.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as market share, brand awareness, and sales uplift.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and local vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar marketing or supervisory role within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- Demonstrated ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Willingness to commence employment at the start of the Idul Fitri 2026 holiday period.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
