Pelayan Makanan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pelayan Makanan (Food Server) to join our team. As a key member of our food service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Makanan, your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer payments. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to health and safety protocols, and work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery. Key duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
• Adhering to health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and support colleagues as needed

In addition to these technical skills, you will also be expected to possess excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. You should be able to work well under pressure, think critically, and provide creative solutions to challenges that may arise during service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• Maximum 0 years of experience (training will be provided for the right candidate)
• Male candidates are preferred (DI UTAMAKAN PRIA)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (MAMPU BEKERJA SECARA INDIVIDU / TIM)
• Relevant experience in the food service industry is an asset (BERPENGALAMAN DALAM BIDANGNYA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

We offer a competitive schedule, with hours of work from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
