Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Responsibilities

As a Barista, your duties will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including espresso, coffee, and tea
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, including the cafe, equipment, and inventory
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee and coffee-related products, including origins, roast levels, and brewing methods
• Participating in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency during peak periods
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. You will also be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Gender: Laki-laki (male)
• Minimum experience: 1 tahun (1 year) in the food and beverage industry
• Passion for coffee and a desire to express your creativity
• Excellent communication, honesty, discipline, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of coffee and coffee-related products is a plus

In addition to these requirements, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
