Responsibilities

As a Kepala Outlet Gadai Banten, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mengelola tim untuk mencapai target penjualan cabang (Managing a team to achieve branch sales targets)
• Memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan tim kerja (Providing training and development to the work team)
• Melakukan penafsiran kondisi barang elektronik (Interpreting the condition of electronic goods)
• Melakukan pencocokan jumlah barang di gudang secara berkala (Conducting periodic inventory matching in the warehouse)
• Menjalankan operasional unit sesuai SOP (Running operational units according to standard operating procedures)

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 (Minimum S1 education)
• Freshgraduate dipersilahkan melamar (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Usia maksimal 35 tahun (Maximum age 35 years old)
• Memahami barang elektronik (hp, laptop, speaker, drone, dll.) secara dasar menjadi nilai plus (Having a basic understanding of electronic goods is a plus)
• Berjiwa kepemimpinan (Having a leadership spirit)
• Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik (Having good communication skills)
• Memiliki ketertarikan dan pemahaman terkait pemasaran (Having an interest and understanding of marketing)
