Manajer Pemasaran dan Penjualan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manajer Pemasaran dan Penjualan to join our team in Jakarta Barat. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the freight forwarding and export-import industry.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and identifying potential customers, preparing sales materials and presentations, and negotiating sales deals from initial introduction to closure. Additionally, you will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers, achieve sales targets set by the company, and prepare weekly sales activation reports.

• Prepare sales materials and presentations to showcase our services and products
• Negotiate sales deals from initial introduction to closure

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Logistics and Transportation (STMT) or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the export-import industry. You must also have a strong understanding of the freight forwarding business, customs procedures, and PPJK regulations.

• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
