Responsibilities

As a Pengajar Ekonomi, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and informative lessons to students, focusing on key concepts and principles in economics
• Developing and implementing effective lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods and materials
• Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and promoting academic excellence
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine our curriculum, ensuring that it remains relevant, challenging, and aligned with industry needs
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of student progress, attendance, and other relevant information
• Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to work flexibly, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed. This may involve teaching at different times, including evenings and weekends, and contributing to extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as economics, business, or finance
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (we welcome applications from candidates of all genders)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no minimum experience required, but relevant teaching experience is desirable)
• Jujur, bertanggungjawab, disiplin (honesty, responsibility, and discipline are essential qualities for this role)
• Pendidikan S1 sesuai jurusan atau mahasiswa minimal semester 6 (relevant undergraduate degree or current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program)
• Waktu mengajar sore/malam (ability to teach in the afternoon and evening)
• Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar (commitment to ongoing professional development and improvement of teaching skills)
