Petugas Penagihan Utama

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Petugas Penagihan Utama to join our team at Adira Finance cabang Kelapa Gading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of collection activities (A/R Overdue) in a timely manner. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Mengelola dan bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya kegiatan penagihan (A/R Overdue) secara tepat waktu (Handle Acc Overdue 61 – 120)
• Managing and analyzing accounts to identify areas of improvement and optimize collection processes
• Developing and implementing effective collection strategies to achieve targets and minimize losses
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
• Conducting regular reviews and analysis of collection performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Providing training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
• Terbuka untuk lulusan baru
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun menjadi nilai tambah
• Maksimal usia 29 tahun
• Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan berorientasi pada target
• Memiliki kegiatan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik, negosiasi, integritas, ulet, teliti, dan jujur
• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Gender: Laki-laki
• Pengalaman minimal: 2 tahun
• Skills: Pemantauan Kredit, Proses Kredit, Proses Penagihan Utang, Keterampilan Komunikasi Antarpersonal
