Introduction

The Loper Pengiriman (Kurir) – Penanganan Barang dan Pengantaran is a pivotal role within our logistics network, responsible for ensuring that goods reach our customers accurately, safely, and on time. Operating across designated delivery zones (rayon), the courier not only transports parcels but also acts as the face of the company, providing professional customer service, handling returns, and maintaining meticulous records. Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels and documents to customers according to the invoice and assigned delivery zone, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Collect customer signatures and stamps as proof of delivery, and resolve any delivery discrepancies on site.
  • Receive returned items from customers, complete the appropriate return forms, and coordinate with the warehouse for proper restocking.
  • Conduct hand‑over procedures with the warehouse checker, signing all transfer documents to verify receipt of goods.
  • Submit invoices, cash, or giro payments to the expedition administration using the PBKB form, guaranteeing financial accuracy.
  • Prepare daily delivery reports, noting any undelivered items, exceptions, or customer feedback for management review.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the delivery motorcycle and associated equipment (oil changes, tire checks, box inspections) to prevent breakdowns.
  • Generate temporary vouchers and cash outflow receipts (BKK) for fuel, toll, and parking expenses, ensuring proper expense tracking.
  • Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety policies, promoting safe driving practices at all times.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and meet service level agreements.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer interaction, handling inquiries, complaints, and special delivery requests with empathy and solution‑focused communication.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or SMA/SMK for candidates with extensive relevant experience).
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work Experience: 0–2 years of delivery or logistics experience; prior courier work is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license appropriate for motorcycle operation.
  • Strong communication skills to represent the company positively to customers.
  • Proficiency in route planning and the ability to use basic GPS/navigation tools.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer literacy for handling digital delivery forms and reporting tools.
  • Physical fitness to load and unload parcels safely.
  • Commitment to safety, with an understanding of vehicle maintenance and traffic laws.
