Responsibilities

As an Asisten Koki, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the head chef and other kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Developing and improving culinary skills, staying up-to-date with new recipes and cooking techniques
• Working effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work flexibly, adapting to changing kitchen demands and priorities. This may include working varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal SMK/sejenis (diutamakan sesuai bidang), with a strong foundation in culinary arts or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with preference given to candidates with prior experience in a kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Disciplined, responsible, and well-groomed, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Ability to work with a shift system (1,3), including flexibility to work varying shifts and hours
• Pendidikan minimal D3/D4, with a strong educational foundation in a relevant field
• Open to candidates of all genders, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Skills: Keterampilan Memasak, with a strong foundation in cooking techniques and kitchen operations
