Frontliner Kasir

Responsibilities

As a Frontliner Kasir, your primary responsibilities will include handling customer transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. You will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Key duties will include:

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing information about our products and services to customers
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote and sell our offerings
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 25 years old
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Experience: No prior experience is required, but a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential
• Residency: You must be a resident of Padang or willing to relocate
• Marital status: You must be unmarried and not currently enrolled in university
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
