Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and enforce comprehensive security policies and standard operating procedures for the entire facility.
Conduct regular patrols of premises, including warehouses, production areas, and administrative offices, to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards.
Manage access control systems, verify credentials, and oversee the issuance of visitor passes while maintaining accurate logs.
Lead a team of security personnel, schedule shift rotations (including 12‑hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, Monday‑Saturday), and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
Respond swiftly to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches, and coordinate with external agencies (police, fire department) as needed.
Prepare detailed incident reports, perform root‑cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
Conduct regular training sessions on topics such as basic self‑defense, first‑aid, fire‑extinguishing techniques, and Islamic devotional practices (Sholat Berjamaah, Kajian Islami).
Maintain all security equipment, including CCTV systems, alarms, and fire‑extinguishers, ensuring they are functional and inspected according to regulations.
Collaborate with human resources and facilities management to ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Foster a culture of discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among the security team, emphasizing clean appearance, non‑smoking, and no body modifications (tattoos, piercings).

Requirements

Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Possession of a valid Satpam (Gada Pratama) training certificate is highly advantageous.
At least 1 year of proven experience in a security role, preferably within a corporate, warehouse, or manufacturing setting.
Physically and mentally healthy, with no history of serious illness.
Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) with a clean criminal record.
Height of at least 168 cm and proportionate body weight.
Well‑groomed, disciplined appearance; no tattoos, piercings, or smoking habit.
Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including night and weekend assignments.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team‑player mindset.
Basic self‑defense or martial arts training is preferred.
Familiarity with fire‑extinguishing equipment, community interaction, and emergency rescue procedures.
