We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teknisi Bantuan to join our team. As a Teknisi Bantuan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to our production team, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and are delivered on time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of equipment and tools, including mesin bending, las, grenda, and bor. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as printing, marking, and packaging products. Additionally, you will be required to work at heights of up to 12 meters, so a strong head for heights is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Teknisi Bantuan, your key responsibilities will include:

• Printing and marking products using machines
• Checking, repairing, cleaning, and finishing products to ensure they meet our quality standards
• Performing pengecatan part-part produksi (painting of production parts)
• Installing products at customer sites
• Drilling and grinding production plates to a high standard
• Loading and unloading goods and materials
• Performing administrative tasks, such as organizing and counting products

You will be required to work a standard Monday to Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:00. You will also be expected to work full-time, with no concurrent study commitments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal SMK (vocational high school) with a focus on otomotif, mesin, or keteknikan (mechanics or technical studies)
• Maximum age of 32 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or assembly environment
• Ability to operate mesin bending, las, grenda, and bor (bending, welding, grinding, and drilling machines)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
• No fear of heights (minimum 12 meters)
• Honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work to targets and meet deadlines
• Male candidates only

In addition to these technical requirements, we are looking for candidates with strong soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, and time management. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
