Responsibilities

As an Accounting Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions
• Developing and implementing financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial data and information

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for an Accounting Executive who is a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, with strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficiency in Accurate and Microsoft Excel, including vlookup, pivot, and formula dasar
• Experience in handling online and offline sales transactions
• Understanding of accounting cycles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data and information
