Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Restoran, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Managing cash and credit transactions, handling payments and operating a point-of-sale system
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to be available to work overtime as required.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Minimum experience: 1 year of experience working in a restaurant or food service environment
• Gender: Female
• Age: No maximum age limit
• Skills: Food and beverage service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
