We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your duties will include, but are not limited to, answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails and messages, and providing administrative support to our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that all visitors are greeted promptly and professionally, and providing a high level of customer service to our clients. You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry and filing
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the upkeep of all amenities and facilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. You will also need to have a good attitude, be disciplined and honest, and have a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work well under pressure, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
