Responsibilities

You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to ensure that customers receive prompt and attentive service. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for customers
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our menu, including food and beverage options, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures for processing payments
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Age: Maximum 0 Tahun (we welcome applicants of all ages)
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Experience: Minimum 0 Tahun (we are open to considering candidates with little to no experience, as well as those with extensive experience in the F&B industry)
• Skills: Food and Beverage Service skills, including the ability to provide excellent customer service, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
