Pengawas Housekeeping

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pengawas Housekeeping to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained
• Developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Providing training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively
• Maintaining accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and staff performance
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify areas for improvement
• Ensuring that all housekeeping staff adhere to the hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

In addition to these responsibilities, the Housekeeping Supervisor will also be required to work closely with the hotel’s management team to identify areas for improvement and to implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in hospitality or a related field
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role
• Experience working in a hotel environment, preferably in a starred hotel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a high level of initiative
• Knowledge of hotel SOPs and safety protocols
• Fluent in English (an advantage)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
