Petugas Penjualan

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Petugas Penjualan to join our team at Adira Finance. As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products to existing and new customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

As a Petugas Penjualan, your key responsibilities will include:

• Offering our products to existing and new customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Receiving orders from channel distribution, processing initial data, verifying customer information, and completing credit applications.
• Monitoring the progress of credit applications and informing dealers and customers of credit decisions.
• Notifying customers of payment due dates, payment locations, and other important information.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets, provide feedback and suggestions for improving our sales processes, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum D3/D4 education in any field.
• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Male candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field, preferably in sales or marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, build relationships, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM A/C license.

We are open to accepting new graduates, and those with relevant experience will be given priority consideration. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
