Responsibilities

As a Staff Kolektor FIFGROUP Pemalang, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers. Your main duties will include:

• Mengunjungi konsumen dan melakukan penagihan pembayaran angsuran (Visiting customers and conducting payment collections)
• Memonitor janji bayar sesuai dengan masa tunggakan (Monitoring payment promises according to the due date)
• Memastikan semua data konsumen benar (Ensuring all customer data is accurate)
• Membuat catatan atas hasil kunjungan dan setiap aktivitas penagihan ke dalam system (Recording the results of visits and all collection activities in the system)
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve collection strategies and techniques

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent)
• Gender: Semua jenis kelamin (All genders welcome)
• Pengalaman minimal: 1 tahun (Minimum 1 year of experience)
• Skill: Pemikiran Komunikatif, Pemahaman Negosiasi (Communication skills, negotiation skills)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on results and achievement
