We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pelayan Makanan (Food Server) to join our team. Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Makanan, your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety protocols, and collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to:

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to make informed recommendations to guests
• Work efficiently during peak periods, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tables simultaneously
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and inventory, and report any discrepancies to management
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in food service and customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (High School Diploma or equivalent)
• Maximum age: 35 years old
• Gender: Male
• Preferred experience: Prior experience in food service or a related field is highly desirable
• Skills: Proficiency in food and beverage service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work well under pressure
