Responsibilities

As an Arsitek Bangunan, your main responsibilities will include:

• Membuat desain arsitektur sesuai kebutuhan proyek (Creating architectural designs that meet the needs of the project)
• Menyusun gambar kerja dan koordinasi dengan tim teknik (Preparing working drawings and coordinating with the technical team)
• Membuat presentasi desain dan visualisasi 3D (Creating design presentations and 3D visualizations)
• Membantu menyusun dan menghitung RAB (Assisting in preparing and calculating the project budget)
• Melakukan review lapangan (Conducting site reviews)
• Menguasai AutoCAD, SketchUp, dan aplikasi rendering (V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape atau sejenisnya) (Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering applications such as V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape or similar)
• Memiliki kemampuan desain yang baik dan komunikasi dalam bekerja sama dengan tim (Having good design skills and communication skills to work effectively with the team)
• Kreatif, detail, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap target waktu (Being creative, detail-oriented, and responsible for meeting deadlines)

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent)
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (Age: No maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (Gender: No gender restrictions)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (Experience: No minimum experience required)
• Skills: Desain Arsitektur (Skills: Architectural design)

In addition to these requirements, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
