Responsibilities

As an English Tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction to students in a supportive and engaging learning environment. You will be expected to plan and deliver interactive lessons, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their learning goals. Additionally, you will be required to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement curriculum initiatives.

• Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons to students of various ages and skill levels

• Develop and implement curriculum initiatives in collaboration with other teachers and staff members
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in English language instruction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of academic credentials, personal qualities, and professional skills. The following requirements are essential:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in any field, with a preference for S1 PGSD (Bachelor of Education) or PGPAUD (Early Childhood Education) and Pend.Bahasa Inggris (English Language Education)
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (female)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no minimum experience required)
• Skills: Komunikasi yang Jelas (clear communication), Komunikasi Tim (team communication), and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work full-time or part-time, with a schedule that includes Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
