Pelayan Makanan

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pelayan Makanan (Food Server) to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and working effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Makanan, your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
• Providing accurate and helpful information about our menu and services
• Managing tables, including setting up, serving, and clearing
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen
• Working efficiently and effectively during peak periods
• Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner

In this role, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, from 08:00 to 17:00. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Be at least a high school graduate (SMA/SMK/Sederajat) or equivalent
• Be no older than 28 years old
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be friendly, approachable, and enjoy interacting with new people
• Be able to work well in a team environment and under pressure
• Have a high level of attention to detail and be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Be physically and mentally healthy
• Have basic knowledge of food and beverage service

While prior experience in the food and beverage industry is not essential, it is highly desirable. You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and working effectively as part of a team.
