Responsibilities

As a Pemimpin Tim Promotor Penjualan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting sales targets in accordance with the area, through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales strategies
• Conducting daily visits to merchants to build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other key stakeholders
• Ensuring the successful implementation of sales programs in your area, including the placement of point-of-purchase (POP) materials and promotions in stores
• Coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales, competitors, and field issues, and using this information to inform sales strategies
• Leading and managing a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success
• Monitoring the daily activities of Sales Promoters, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Conducting field team training and refreshment training for Sales Promoters to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve shared goals and objectives. You will also be required to analyze sales data and competitor activity, using this information to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education level: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 40 years old
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Minimum experience: 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Skills: Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze sales data and competitor activity, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills
