Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily marketplace operations, including responding to inbound chat inquiries, confirming orders, and accurately recording transaction details.
- Upload new product listings, refresh existing content, and optimize titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular price and stock checks to ensure consistency across all platforms, preventing overselling and stock‑outs.
- Provide end‑to‑end customer support via marketplace chat, addressing questions, handling complaints, and resolving disputes until satisfactory closure.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and returns processing.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales volume, order accuracy, customer satisfaction scores, and marketplace fees.
- Analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends, recommend promotional strategies, and support the marketing team in campaign execution.
- Maintain compliance with each marketplace’s policies, ensuring listings meet quality standards and avoid penalties.
- Assist in training junior staff or interns on platform tools, communication etiquette, and reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though internships or part‑time roles in retail or online sales are a plus.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with major Indonesian marketplace platforms.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to upload and edit product listings, manage inventory spreadsheets, and generate reports.

- Strong written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; clear and courteous chat etiquette.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and a customer‑first mindset.

- Adaptability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
