Introduction

We are currently seeking a motivated Apoteker Klinik with a solid academic background and a passion for hospital‑based pharmacy services to join our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications and over‑the‑counter products in accordance with national regulations and clinic protocols.
  • Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug‑interaction warnings.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy, participating in multidisciplinary case reviews and rounds.
  • Maintain and update the clinic’s medication inventory, perform regular stock checks, and manage expiration dates to ensure continuous availability of essential drugs.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation for the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) and other regulatory bodies, ensuring the clinic’s compliance with STRA and SIPA requirements.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medication safety, storage, and handling within the clinic environment.
  • Conduct periodic medication use reviews, identify opportunities for cost‑effective therapy, and support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.
  • Mentor pharmacy interns and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Participate in community outreach programs, health education seminars, and vaccination campaigns as a pharmaceutical expert.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders (original posting emphasizes female candidates, but the position is inclusive).
  • Age: Maximum 28 years old.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy (S1) – candidates with a Master’s degree (S2) are highly preferred.
  • Professional Licenses: Active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker); willingness to obtain SIPA (Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker) if not already held.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; recent academic achievements and a strong willingness to learn are valued.
  • Core competencies: honesty, responsibility, meticulousness, agility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language; knowledge of English is a plus for handling international guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle a busy Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
