Responsibilities
- Prepare and present menu items in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent taste and visual appeal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe outlet environment, including regular sanitation of workstations, equipment, and public areas.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide timely service while anticipating additional needs.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to coordinate order flow and minimize wait times.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly, adhering to cash‑handling policies and ensuring accurate register reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and supplies, reporting shortages to the shift supervisor for timely replenishment.
- Participate in regular training sessions, menu tastings, and health‑safety briefings to stay current with product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, resolving issues professionally and escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up service stations, restocking, and performing end‑of‑day cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B or retail sector, preferably in a fast‑paced outlet or café setting.
- Age 30 years or younger; residency in Denpasar or surrounding areas.
