We strive to bring these advancements to the Indonesian market. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Eksekutif Penjualan (Sales Executive) to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Following up on queries and leads to generate new business opportunities
• Developing and maintaining sales and post-sales relationships with high-value individuals, including company and product presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations
• Maintaining sales records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Reaching or exceeding the revenue goals set by the company through active sales visits and strategic planning
• Demonstrating and presenting products with confidence to high net worth individuals and close-knit groups
• Selling and marketing exclusive and niche products to a discerning clientele

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work well in a team environment, think creatively to develop and execute plans that attract customers, and possess excellent communication and sales skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education level of D3/D4
• Maximum age of 39 years
• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Fluency in English is an advantage
• Market analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute plans to attract customers
• Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work in a digital business environment

Additionally, you should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
