Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist to join our fast‑growing food & beverage (F&B) division. This role is pivotal in strengthening our relationships with key retail partners, driving brand awareness across digital channels, and delivering data‑driven marketing strategies that boost sales and customer loyalty. The successful candidate will be a creative communicator with a solid grounding in strategic planning, content production, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing supermarket and café partners, ensuring consistent collaboration and joint promotional activities.
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for our F&B product line, covering content creation, advertising, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns.
- Own the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, producing engaging posts, stories, and paid ads that reflect brand values and drive audience growth.
- Create high‑quality promotional assets—including photographs, videos, and graphic designs—using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for optimization.
- Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, inventory levels, and market demand.
- Utilize CRM software to segment customers, design targeted email and SMS campaigns, and track lifecycle metrics such as acquisition cost, churn rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and competitor activities to recommend innovative tactics that keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite), and analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong visual storytelling skills; ability to produce and edit photo and video content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:00.
