Kasir Petshop

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Kasir Petshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pet shop’s cashier system. Responsibilities

As a Kasir Petshop, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating the cashier system and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier area and surrounding environment
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote the pet shop’s products and services
• Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
• Processing returns and exchanges, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

In addition to these duties, you will also be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Be a female candidate between the ages of 20-30 years old
• Have a minimum of SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• Be able to work in Kediri and have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work on weekends and holidays
• Have experience with operating a cashier system and be proficient in using technology, including point-of-sale software
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
