We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staf Reservasi to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities
As a Staf Reservasi, your primary duties will include:

- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage front office administration, including maintaining accurate records and reports
- Provide accurate information regarding resort facilities, activities, and services, responding to guest queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly
- Coordinate closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities, to ensure an excellent guest experience and seamless communication
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, including resort facilities, activities, and services, as well as local attractions and events. You will also be required to participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
- Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
- Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders welcome)
- Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun (minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role)
- Skills: Keterampilan Melayani Pelanggan (customer service skills)
