Responsibilities

As a Pratama Outlet Crew, your typical duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring all areas of the store are tidy and well-presented
• Working effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, including processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers and drive sales growth
• Participating in visual merchandising, stocktakes, and other store activities as required, including setting up displays, creating window displays, and ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and prominently displayed

In addition to these duties, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of the business. You will also be required to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, security, and customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates of all ages)

• Minimum experience: 0 Tahun (we provide comprehensive training and support to all new employees)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Sistem Manajemen Toko (Store Management System) is desirable, but not essential
