Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Layanan Kebersihan Profesional to join our growing facilities‑management team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all client locations—including residential homes, commercial offices, and pet‑friendly environments—remain spotless, hygienic, and welcoming. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented individual who takes pride in delivering top‑notch cleaning services while demonstrating genuine affection for animals, especially dogs, and a collaborative spirit that strengthens team performance.
Responsibilities
The Professional Cleaning Service Officer will be responsible for a broad spectrum of cleaning and maintenance tasks. Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Performing daily cleaning routines such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming across various surface types.
- Sanitizing high‑touch areas (door handles, light switches, restroom fixtures) to meet health and safety standards.
- Managing waste disposal, recycling segregation, and ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Providing specialized cleaning for pet areas, including dog beds, feeding stations, and play zones, while ensuring no animal distress.
- Inspecting completed work for quality assurance and promptly addressing any deficiencies.
- Coordinating with team members to cover all shifts from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and assisting in schedule adjustments when needed.
- Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies, reporting low stock, and suggesting eco‑friendly product alternatives.
- Documenting daily activities and incident reports in the company’s digital tracking system.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Prior experience in professional cleaning or facility maintenance is preferred, but motivated newcomers are also welcome.
- Demonstrated love for and comfort around dogs; ability to handle pets calmly and safely.
- Strong teamwork skills with a proven track record of cooperating effectively in a diverse group.
- High degree of honesty, reliability, and personal discipline.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and cleaning equipment operation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods.
