Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audit missions across the assigned geographic area, ensuring coverage of all key processes.
- Lead a team of junior auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop audit checklists, risk‑based work programs, and sampling methodologies tailored to local operations.
- Identify control gaps, non‑compliance issues, and opportunities for operational improvement, and present findings to senior management.
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations and track corrective‑action implementation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as Finance, Operations, and Human Resources—to resolve audit observations.
- Conduct follow‑up audits to verify the effectiveness of remedial actions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Travel extensively within the assigned area, using a personal vehicle, to conduct field inspections and meet with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Male candidates preferred; however, all genders are encouraged to apply.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid personal vehicle and a clean driving record.
- Current domicile in Balung, Jenggawah, or Ambulu (or willingness to relocate).
- Strong integrity, honesty, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Keterampilan Komunikasi Berbicara) and the ability to convey complex audit findings in an understandable manner.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
