We are seeking a skilled and experienced female English language tutor to provide private lessons to students at the SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama) level. Responsibilities

As a private English tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction and guidance to your students. This will involve creating engaging and effective lesson plans, delivering interactive and informative classes, and providing ongoing support and feedback to your students.

Your specific duties will include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of your students
• Delivering private English lessons to students at the SMP level, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and conversation skills
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate, ask questions, and engage with the material
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their English language skills
• Collaborating with students to set achievable goals and develop strategies for overcoming challenges and obstacles

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress, communicate with parents and guardians as needed, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in English language instruction.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in English Language, Education, or a related field
• Female candidates only
• No maximum age limit
• Minimum 0 years of experience (we welcome recent graduates and those new to the field)
• Proficiency in English language instruction, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Preferred skills and qualifications include experience working with students at the SMP level, familiarity with English language teaching methodologies, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
