Responsibilities

As a Praktisi Penjualan Counter, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Melayani customer walk-in di Showroom Mobil Honda, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
• Menjual produk-produk dari mobil Honda sesuai target yang telah ditentukan, meeting sales targets and consistently striving to exceed them
• Menawarkan dan memberikan informasi produk mobil Honda, providing customers with detailed information about our products and services
• Mencari Customer baru yang ingin membeli produk Mobil Honda, identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to convert them into sales
• Menjaga kegiatan sales seperti Pameran & Showroom Event, participating in sales events and activities to promote our products and services

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously improve your sales skills and techniques.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Usia: Maksimal 35 tahun, with a maximum age of 35 years old
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan, with a preference for female candidates
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun, with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry
• Memiliki kendaraan pribadi, with a private vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C)
• Disiplin, komunikatif & berorientasi pada target, with a strong focus on discipline, communication, and target-oriented performance
• Diutamakan berdomisili di Jaksel, Jakpus, Jaktim, Depok, Bogor, with a preference for candidates who reside in the Jakarta area

In addition to these requirements, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
