We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrasi Penjualan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

As an Administrasi Penjualan, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Membuat invoice penjualan: creating and managing sales invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Mengatur pengiriman: coordinating and arranging shipments to ensure efficient delivery of products.
  • Memfiling resi dan invoice: filing and maintaining records of receipts and invoices for easy access and reference.
  • Membuat Purchase Order dan Penerimaan Barang: creating and managing purchase orders and receiving goods to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Membalas chat customer untuk take sales orders: responding to customer inquiries and taking sales orders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Berkomunikasi dengan cabang untuk perpindahan barang: communicating with branches to facilitate the transfer of goods and ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrasi lainnya: performing other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team and ensure efficient operations.

In this role, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, using your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the successful execution of sales operations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (minimum high school diploma or equivalent).
  • Usia: Maksimal Tidak ada batas usia Tahun (no age limit).
  • Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders welcome).
  • Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun (minimum 1 year of experience in administration or a related field).
  • Skills: Adaptasi Cepat, Administrasi Penjualan (ability to adapt quickly, administration skills, and sales experience).
  • Harus bisa accurate online (ability to work accurately online).
  • Gesit, Teliti, Cekatan, Jujur (agile, meticulous, efficient, and honest).
  • Multitasking (ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively).
  • Working under pressure (ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines).
