Kepala Shift Operasional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kepala Shift Operasional to join our team. As a Kepala Shift Operasional, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our logistics and supply chain management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our logistics operations, including managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Membuat jadwal untuk proses pengambilan barang oleh kurir (Creating schedules for the pickup process of goods by couriers)
• Mengawasi proses pengiriman/pengambilan barang (Overseeing the shipping and pickup process of goods)
• Menentukan zona pengiriman/pengambilan barang (Determining the shipping and pickup zones for goods)
• Mengawasi proses masuk dan keluar barang hingga ke bagian 3PL (penyedia jasa logistik)/kurir (Overseeing the entry and exit process of goods to and from 3PL providers/couriers)
• Mengawasi proses penyortiran dan distribusi barang (Overseeing the sorting and distribution process of goods)

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that our logistics operations are aligned with our overall business objectives. This will involve developing and implementing effective logistics strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Memiliki ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun (Having a high school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in any field)
• Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang logistik/supply chain atau sejenis (Having 1-2 years of experience in logistics/supply chain or a related field)
• Memahami seluruh proses dalam pergudangan dan pengiriman (Having a thorough understanding of the entire process in warehousing and shipping)
• Bersedia untuk bekerja dalam shift (Being willing to work in shifts)
• Domisili atau bersedia ditempatkan di Kab. Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah (Being willing to be placed in Kab. Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah)

In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate logistics and manage warehouse operations effectively. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail.
