We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities
As an Operational Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing a team of supervisors and staff to ensure that all aspects of hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve hotel operations and increase customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of awareness and adherence to health and safety standards and regulations
- Managing budgets and controlling costs to ensure financial efficiency
- Representing the hotel in a professional and courteous manner, both internally and externally
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Perhotelan (minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality)
- Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di posisi supervisor FO (minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front office supervisor role)
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik (possess good leadership skills)
- Mampu menangani complaint tamu dengan profesional (able to handle guest complaints in a professional manner)
- Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan (good communication skills and able to work well under pressure)
- Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional (well-groomed and professional appearance)
- Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (minimum high school diploma or equivalent)
- Gender: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders welcome to apply)
- Skills: Manajemen Perhotelan dan Resor (hospitality and resort management skills)
