Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Makanan, your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service. Additionally, you will be required to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
• Handle customer payments and operate a point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and equipment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Muslim/muslimah, with a maximum age of 35 years for managers and 25 years for staff
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Possession of a certificate in the relevant field is highly preferred
• Physical and mental health: you must be in good physical and mental health to perform the duties of the role
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, from Monday to Saturday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

In addition to these requirements, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. You will also need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to think critically and solve problems.
