Responsibilities

As a Pelayan, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be expected to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and service areas
• Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation styles

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:

• Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and as an individual
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Food and beverage service skills, including knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
