We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Magang Penjualan (Sales Intern). This is an excellent opportunity for final-year students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. As a Sales Intern, you will have the chance to work closely with our business leaders and professionals, developing your skills in sales, marketing, and project management.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating and attending sales meetings, events, and conferences
- Managing and updating sales records, reports, and databases using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Notion
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and applying this knowledge to improve sales performance
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, work effectively in a team, and be able to learn quickly and work independently.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Strong interest in the F&B industry
- Open to final-year students or fresh graduates from any major
- Good proficiency in Indonesian (both spoken and written); fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and professionals
- Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Notion
- Excellent data management and project management skills
- Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Able to learn quickly and work independently
- Willing to work from the office
