We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. You will work closely with our team of creators to develop innovative and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities

As a Video Editor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Editing video content for long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) platforms
• Collaborating with our team of creators to develop innovative and engaging content ideas
• Conducting in-depth research on topics and trends to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry
• Writing hooks and scripts to capture the audience’s attention and convey the message effectively
• Storyboarding to visualize the narrative and ensure a clear structure
• Optimizing the structure of the video to ensure a clear flow of ideas (introduction, content, call-to-action)
• Discussing the script with content creators and the team to ensure technical feasibility

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for a team player who is able to work collaboratively with our creators and team members to develop high-quality content. You should be able to think creatively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• No prior experience is required, but a passion for video editing and content creation is essential
• Ability to work on a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
• Strong research and analytical skills to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and topics
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills to craft compelling hooks and scripts
• Ability to work collaboratively with our team of creators and content creators
• Strong attention to detail and ability to optimize the structure of the video
