Responsibilities

As a Pramutama Bar, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and satisfied
• Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
• Working effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
• Managing cash and credit transactions, handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers and upselling where appropriate

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to work flexibly, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed. This may include working under pressure, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from candidates of all ages)

• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (although experience in a similar role is desirable)
• Keterampilan Penyajian Minuman (skills in beverage preparation and service)
